Checks run every 60 seconds against each service from the status host. Timing is measured from that host, so it will not match a merchant network exactly.
Scheduled maintenance window
Service may briefly restart between 04:00 and 06:00 WAT. These are typically under a minute and only occur when a security update requires activation.
Hyparrow hosts reboot to activate kernel security updates. Reboots are staggered across hosts at 04:00, 04:30 and 05:00 WAT, so services return at different moments rather than all at once. Payments submitted during a restart are not lost: retry once and check the transaction reference before resending.
